CANCELLATION OF TRIPS BY THE CLIENT:

Travelling by plane:
- Up to 60 days before departure, free of charge;
- From 59 to 45 days before departure - 30% of the total cost of the trip;
- From 44 to 30 days before departure - 50% of the total cost of the trip;
- From 29 to 15 days before departure - 75% of the total cost of the trip;
- From 14 to 0 days before departure - 100% of the total cost of the trip.

The situations covered under our travel insurance policy in the chapter Early Cancellation are safeguarded.

Coach journeys:
- Up to 45 days before departure, free of charge;
- From 44 to 30 days before departure - 30% of the total cost of the trip;
- From 29 to 15 days before departure - 50% of the total cost of the trip;
- From 14 to 0 days before departure - 100% of the total cost of the trip.

The situations covered under our travel insurance policy in the Early Cancellation chapter are safeguarded, except for trips in mainland Portugal.
